Included in price: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2/3 single beds, equipped kitchen, bathroom with hot water, living room with dining table and sofa bed, air conditioning and heating, TV, covered terrace 16m² with chairs and table, washing line and plastic cupboard, 1 car parking space, entertainment from June to August.

General conditions for booking accommodation

Booking: can be made by telephone or by e-mail.

Booking Deposit: The booking is considered valid only on receipt of the booking deposit paid by bank transfer or postal order within 10 days of the booking date.

Cancellations: cancellations must be received in writing under the following terms:
- within 30 days of the arrival date 20% of the deposit is withheld
- within 15 days of 80% is withheld
-later than 15 days 100% is withheld

In the case of late arrival or a early departure the client must pay for the whole period booked. The latest time of arrival is 20.00 on the arrival date unless we are notified by telephone of any last minute difficulties. After that time the management reserves the right to reoccupy the accommodation without notifying the client.

Handover: The accommodation is available before 16.30 and must be vacated before 10.00 on the day of departure.

Deposit: there is a deposit of 150€, to be paid on arrival, that will be returned on departure after the necessary inventory and damages checks are made.

Linens: for the accommodation bed linen is not included. Bed linen must be brought from home or is available to rent. The bathroom linen is not included in the price and is available to rent.

Payment: Full payment for the stay must be made on arrival
The management reserves the right to allocate accommodation at its own discretion.
